- Bullying and Harassment Policy updated to include the new legal duty to prevent Sexual Harassment in the workplace.
- Guidance Booklet step by step guidance on the new legal duty and why this has come into force including the expectations on employers to comply with the duty.
- Checklist for Employers to complete as you look at the actions required for your school.
- Risk Assessment to assess the school’s current risk in relation to the duty, highlight high risk and look at measure to minimise those risks.
- Support Organisations Information Sheet with details of national support services and charities.
- Training Obligation Matrix to help understand the training requirements from all staff to governors to volunteers.
- Annual Self-Assessment tool to complete to ensure annual compliance and effectiveness with the duty.
