OPAS has now been live for over two months! We're pleased to share that the implementation has been a great success, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from managers and users across the organisation. Since going live, we’ve received some fantastic comments from users:
Managers have reported that OPAS has significantly reduced the time spent on administrative tasks, particularly:

- Submitting and managing pre-placement health questionnaires
The system's clear layout, built-in alerts, and real-time status updates are helping managers feel more in control and informed.

- The Referral Dashboard, where you can view progress at a glance
- The Pre-populated PPQ Templates, making pre-employment checks easier
- Automated notifications that keep you in the loop without extra effort
