Kent Schools are reminded that in line with the Kent Scheme TCP rules, no Employee’s pay should fall beneath the minimum of their grade with the pay changes from 1st April – with the exception of those who have received a performance improvement required rating.
Schools with a September TCP cycle need to make no other changes in April – other than to ensure no Employee is paid beneath the appropriate national minimum rate of pay for their age.
