Our Employee Assistance Programme is expanding

We have some exciting news to share with you. From 1st April 2024 Staff Care Service’s Employee Assistance Programme ‘Support Line’ is expanding.

These changes benefit customers who have a full Annual Support Line contract with us.

As of the 1st April you will have access to a number of new features designed to offer additional layers of support. These include:

  • 24/7 Telephone line covered by BACP accredited counsellors
  • 24/7 Telephone legal, financial and medical support and guidance
  • Access to digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programmes, online menopause and trauma recovery programmes
  • A Health and Wellbeing app with access to a variety of self-care resources and information
  • 50% discount on our accredited Mental Health First Aid Courses
  • Access to a discount platform for exclusive perks and savings.

These features are in addition to the 24/7 text support available for your staff and pupils and our self-referral counselling service.

At Staff Care Services we want to ensure your staff and pupils can access support when they need it. There is no reason to wait for things to build up and it’s important that every person has the freedom to choose the support that is right for them. If you or someone you are supporting are unsure of where to start, a great first step is to give our 24 hour telephone line a call and have a confidential chat with a counsellor who can guide you in the right direction.

If you are an ad hoc Support Line customer your service remains unchanged. However, if you are interested in moving onto a full contract to access all these additional features, please speak to our Account Manager team today.
