Carly is an enthusiastic HR & Payroll expert with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She has a customer-focused approach and is constantly working to optimise procedures and improve service delivery in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
Carly began her career at Kent County Council as a Business Administration Apprentice and has since handled several HR and Payroll positions, including Onboarding Officer. Carly leads our operational team to produce a high-quality, multi-disciplinary service in accordance with rules, practises, and legislation. She has vast experience and expertise in the HR and payroll fields.
