Hazel has extensive senior level operational and strategic HR experience, within both the public and private sectors, including education, local authority, financial services and manufacturing.   Passionate about providing strategic level advice that can easily be translated into operational actions, to deliver immediate and longer term results; both in terms of commercial and financial success and overall employee experience. 

Experienced in both the delivery of operational (employment relations) support within the Education sector as well as over 15 years experience as a School Governor, including supporting a two form entry primary school through transition to a single then a multi-academy Trust, and a new leadership team.  Previous Governor experience as a Vice-Chair and Chair of a primary school, and currently a Governor with SEN Governor responsibilities for a highly regarded and ambitious Grammar School.

Hazel is CIPD qualified, a certified NLP Master Practitioner, and is currently undertaking a CMI Level 7 in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring.
